Screenshots & the more detailed information you can provide makes it much easier for other players to be able to assist you.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by not getting your "earned kitchen rewards".... please explain?
If you have your player ID number & game progress registered with either your email address or Facebook account... have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling your game?
Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc?
Have you tried completely shutting down & restarting your game?....fully closing down not just swiping it into the background.
If none of these suggestions fix your issues...I suggest that you contact Pixel support directly.
You can contact Pixel support directly via your game settings menu.
Remember to check your email spam/junk folder for replies.
Don't send multiple tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise their spambot might eat them.
