First of all I will help you with your all caps problem. You don’t need to SHOUT, because diggy is a nice game without time pressure. There is no urgent life or death matter and help is on the way.
To remove the all caps lock you press the shift key, that’s the arrow upwards on the left side.
Do you need help to take a screenshot?
On my apple device it’s the home button and the on/off-button simultaneously. It depends on the device but google usually knows the answer.
