Screenshots & the more detailed information you can provide makes it much easier for other players to be able to assist you.
Information such as the full name of the game scene/mine, region, event, quests, God, etc.
Have you checked out the relevant Wiki page, quests, maps, videos, guides, walkthroughs & hidden gifts/bonuses?

If you have issues finding new quests in Egypt...try the following:
- Return to your main camp to see if there is a character there to talk to.
- Return to the City Of Luxor to see if there is a character there to talk to.
- Return to the temple of the current God you are working on to see if they will talk to you.
- Return to the last game scene/mine you were working on to see if there is a character there to talk to &/or if there is a task/job that is not completed.
- Do you need to make or give something like food, materials, items, etc to a character?
