Dear players,
here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Players stuck in St. Patrick 2021 event location Thieves Den
Unfortunately, shortly after the event was released, players contacted us about being stuck in the location Thieves Den as the leprechaun didn´t want to move away after solving the puzzle. What a stubborn little piece of work ☘️
Fortunately, our team was able to fix the issue for all new players, however, players who already experienced this issue need to contact us so we can help them manually. Please spread the word and if you´re experiencing this issue, please contact our support.
2.) St. Patrick 2021 event Last Tile Finder issues
Among other things, we´ve received multiple reports on issues with the Last Tile Finder feature in the various locations of the St. Patrick Day event. Should such an issue occur in your game as well, please let us know, and include as many pieces of information as possible e.g. What exactly is happening? In which location? A screenshot is always helpful.
The more information we collect, the sooner the issue can be fixed. Please bear with us aaand..contact our support 🙂
3.) St. Patrick 2021 event, Town Docks location
We´ve also registered a number of reports that the outdoor valve in Town Docks isn´t working. Well, it is..kind of.
In case you managed to successfully connect the pipeline in the factory, please step outside and just walk to the valve.
Just do a leap of faith here and make one step towards the valve. The green hand will appear and you´ll be able to use it and continue 🙂
This is not a bug, rather than an unfortunate design, and it will be fixed in the future release of the event 🙂
4.) St. Patrick 2021 event location St. Patrick´s Day Festival
They say the fourth time´s the charm. Or don´t they? Well, let´s certainly hope so so after this, there are no more surprises.
In the event location St. Patrick´s Day Festival, players reported a vision error, where they´re not able to enter certain parts of the location. It looks like this:
This one is a bit tricky, however, should you encounter the issue, please make sure to contact our support so we can help you 🙂
