Have you tried completely closing and restarting your game?
Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc.?
If your player ID and game progress are saved with your email address or Facebook account ..... you can try uninstalling and reinstalling your game.
If you are still having issues after viewing the maps, walkthroughs & videos....then I suggest reaching out to Pixel support directly.
Pixel support is the only person who can access your game account to troubleshoot issues or bugs.
You can contact Pixel support directly via your game settings menu.
Remember to check your spam /junk folder for replies.
Do not send multiple tickets in quick succession to Pixel support, otherwise their email spambot could eat them.
