here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) GAME CRASHING ON ANDROID / APPLE DEVICES
The newest version of the app is 1.5.466 and according to our data, the number of crashes was reduced significantly, however, unfortunately, we still register some reports on the app crashing on iOS and Android devices.
Therefore, should this issue occur in your game, please contact our support and specify the following:
- after which specific in-game action the game crashed
- the full name and all further specifications of your device
- screenshot and detailed description will be very helpful
We are doing our best to resolve these issues as much as we can and your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated! 🙂
2.) EQUIPMENT DISAPPEARING FROM THE CAMP UNDERGROUND
Recently, we have registered a few reports about the equipment disappearing from the camp underground. Our tech team is currently investigating the matter so should this happen in your game as well, please contact our support and if possible, let us know how exactly you placed the eqipment to your camp underground (e.g. Did you clear debris before placing the equipment? If so, did you use gems or materials? Or did you remove another equipment piece in order to have enough free space?) All information will be helpful in this matter.
Last but not least, please, do not worry - your camp equipment does not disappear from your game, you can still find it in your inventory.
3.) APP RELOADS WHEN RECALLED FROM THE BACKGROUND
In case you leave the game running in the background of your device for an hour or longer (if you just minimize it), the game will reload in order to prevent from desynchronization.
However, on some devices, usually on those with lower RAM, the operation system of the device can close the app in the background in order to free some memory space for other apps.
This is not a bug 🙂
4.) LAST TILE FINDER ISSUES
With the release of the new Terra locations, we registered a couple of reports that the Last Tile Finder feature is not able to locate the missing tiles in these new locations. Our tech team is aware of the issues and they are working on fixing the issues, however, should this happen to you in the meantime, please contact our support, provide us with the exact name of the location where the issue occurred along with the screenshot of the issue (if possible) and we will help you out 🙂

One more information - there was a wrong giveaway on Twitter on Wednesday. Players, who clicked on the freebie link, received cooking ingredients instead of coins.
The mistaken giveaway was available for 55 minutes, it has already been fixed. The link was replaced by a new one and since then, players who click on the Wednesday's freebie link on Twitter, receive coins, as promised 🙂
The giveaway containing cooking ingredients was planned to be released on Twitter on Saturday. Because each freebie from the link can be claimed just once, those players, who have already claimed the freebies from the mistaken giveaway during those 55 minutes on Wednesday, will not be able to claim the cooking ingredients again on Saturday.
To conclude this, nobody will be short of anything 🙂 But if you click on the freebie link on Twitter on Saturday and you receive information that the freebie has already been claimed, it means that you have already claimed it on Wednesday. Please, accept our apologies for the confusion!
