When I entered the first area and clicked a tile and the error screen popped up saying something went wrong and to reload the game so I did. I tried reloading several more times and it still did it. So I thought it might be something wrong with that one account and tried my other one and it's doing it to. I have sent several messages to tech support and I don't know what else to do. Can anyone tell me why it's doing that or how to fix it?

Are you referring to Valentines Day 2021 or Valentines Day 2020?
