Cannot Get Cache to Open

I have been done with Egypt for some time now but still go back occasionally because I have never been able to get Cache to appear let alone open and I am still curious about how to open it. I am playing the mobile version on an iPad. I have returned to my completed Vault of Guardians to talk to Virides but all he says is, “I like treasure hunting.” What did I miss and is it still possible to open Cache even though I have completed Egypt?

Cache is a repeatable mine and not in with the mines in Set.
Look where your repeatable mines are to see if it is there.
If not then Contact SUPPORT

Look half way down for support option.
On your game screen, choose the Settings cog (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner)
If you're on an iOS device, try the SUPPORT link, but if you don't see any categories below the search box, then you'll need to email them.

Thank you for the reply. No it isn’t in my repeatables, which is where I was expecting it to show up. I will contact SUPPORT as you suggest to let them know.
