If you submitted a support ticket on the 12th February.....I would of expected a resolution by now as players with the same issues posted in here & their game scene was fixed up within a few days.

Have you tried doing an uninstall & reinstall?
Make sure that you have your game progress & player ID registered with either your email address or Facebook account BEFORE you uninstall.
Write your player ID number down somewhere safe.... your player ID can be found in your game settings menu.
Are you running the most up-to-date versions of game, Facebook, Google Play, browser, phone/device/PC operating systems (depending on what you play through)?
Having you tried playing through a different medium?
Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc?
I think you should lodge another ticket urgently....make sure you make the subject line very clear & concise.... also put something like the words like "urgent" in your subject line so Pixel can see that you need help before the event ends.
In the meantime....maybe a Pixel representative or moderator might read this thread & draw Pixels attention to it
