pixel_player6063363 yes, player77594431 is quite right. The upper star piece has to be moved out of the way by coming at it from the left, then moving it up out of the path you will need. It should be temporarily placed next to the other star piece next to Jake. That is so you can have a clear path to take in order to walk around the pipe in the ground to get your triangle lined up to go into position.
