I started with diggy around last spring or early summer and I remember there was a trader in my camp so early on that I hadn’t done any event and nothing to trade.
Whenever I read about this trader here, it’s that he comes „a couple of times a year“ and as I have done all 100 gems events now and am working on the others I‘m really drowning in useless stuff.
Yes, I can use some items in events I repeat, but there are lots that are not worth repeating and/or had no equipment of use for me so I have lots and lots of stuff.
So: It seems there is no special trader week as the others that are mentioned in the wiki.
He comes at random? I haven’t seen him since the first time, so at least for 7-8 months. But I was playing as a guest without login until yesterday, does that make a difference? Maybe he doesn’t visit guest-players?
In the beginning I got a bit confused with login and guest mode, so maybe I saw him in the logged in account?
And does he come to everyone at the same time or individually?
When was he last seen by any of you?
Did Pixel terminate him for good (bad)?
And I read that he doesn‘t trade event ingredients. That’s a shame because if you finish everything you always end up with one tea leaf, one orange and so on that are insufficient for a recipe.
If they can’t be traded, I‘m for an additional recipe called „wonder bowl“ or the like, where you choose 3 or 4 leftovers, throw them together and have some food energy.
Just like you would do in real life.
