If you are talking about the Path of Endurance, you have two options:

You can contact Pixel Support and ask them to get the 100 energy stone to the target, or
You can check the diagrams in the middle of the post below to see how to manually move the 100 energy stone to the target. Moving the stone is a push vs. pull problem... you may have to take the stone backwards to a spot where you can move Diggy around to the other side of the stone so you can PULL. The two spots where you can do that are outlined in the diagram in white.

red_herring fyi: I recently finally found the reason why these portals deactivate. In itself not a bug but sadly the "punishment path" is too complicated and leads to tickets (as you are aware of)

I've been very curious about why the location does that. Thanks for explaining it. Kinda makes me grumpy that they would do that though. I suppose there is some deep developer reasoning for it.

If that is the case then why hasn't anyone from Pixel told anyone about it?
Why is there no warning that it will happen if you do go too far with a yellow stone?
Did you just do that with one of your other accounts Roeland?

red_herring the only thing i can think of is they want to make sure there is not a yellow stone on the position a red stone ends up at after teleporting....leading to errors.

gamemaster I got the info about the lines from support. I have no clue why it never came up before in any of my previous complaints about this mine with them. It does explain why it was never changed: they do not consider it a bug. Hopefully they will finally go ahead and make some changes to the mine anyway
