I have a question for Christmas 2019. Christmas Cottage of Gifts. I've completed everything to open the gift section, but it won't open. I've reviewed videos, and have done everything that clears the three blocks. Two of them cleared, but the third one didn't. I've tried to "do over" those three steps, but the game shows them completed. I've restarted the game a couple of times but that doesn't clear the third block either. Any suggestions? I play on an IPAD
