I can't seem to find a way to finish the last 8 father's quests and can't find the 10th coded journal page. ok. I'm not the first to get to this spot. what needs to happen or should i just stop the game???

You probably need to check the two possible stone placements for journals in the Library of Wisdom.
I can't get any further I need 1 journal but don't know what one I've missed to get the 10 I found one in library of wisdom and thought that was it but still need another
