- When did you play the game for the last time?
- What region have you achieved in your game? - Egypt, Scandinavia, China, Atlantis, Greece, New World, Terra?
- What level exactly did you have in your old game progress?
- Have you ever made any purchase? If so, please, send us the screenshot of the invoice / bill / e-mail that you received for the payment - this will be of a great help for our support in terms of finding your original game progress.
- Please, specify the exact name and type of the device that you have been using to play the game
- Please, let us know if you changed your device or if you try to play the game on the same device
- Please, send us the player ID, which appears in your game. (on PC, you'll find the player ID in the game settings & game window here / on mobile app, you'll find the player ID in the settings here)
Please, let us know as many information as possible. Lack of information may cause troubles finding your original game progress.
