Well, I had posted a ticket to Support, but no answer so far. Maybe I missed something, and definitely the ticket number. True, I got the confrming screen with the tkt no, but I did not make any notes on it as I was pretty sure I will receive a sort of auto-email with confirmation, my problem description, and the like. But nothing appeared, neither in the Pixel inbox, nor in my regular mail given at the account registration. So... how can I possibly trace/search for my ticket? I tried to search the forum on that subject, but with no success. Thanks in advance for any link or hint on tracing my tickets.
