I am too- and they want me to send them a user/player ID yet- I can't get into the app to get it. How frustrating. I've spent a lot of money on this game- otherwise I'd just stop playing. I have Ipad Air 2 with software 14.2. After reinstalling the game - it asks are you a new player- I sign in through facebook - and then I get returned to the loading screen without the loading bar. just sits there on the picture. I will keep checking if it's fixed but I fear the story I was nearly finished with is over and I will have to pay yet more gems to complete it.

pixel_player179665211 You can tell them that you don't know the player id and can't find it. Give them the FB id linked to it, if that helps. They will try their best to help you get connected to your account.

Also maybe you can login to the desktop version to get your player id if you have one. Not sure but mobile browsers can also be used if you don't have a desktop, just turn on the desktop mode from mobile browser's setting. Continue playing on the browser until they fix it.

I'll consolidate all of the issue I have since this update (android).

Slow to load levels and sometimes just errors out and locks up requiring a force close of the app.
No longer keep the device from sleeping.
Annoying strobe like effect on certain tiles like water puddles, candles, portals, etc. Basically any tile that has it's own animation.
Screen sometimes "jumps" for no reason making you lose track of Diggy.
Red number color on tiles that you don't have enough energy to dig is too dark and unreadable.

UPDATE - NEW GOOGLE PLAY APP VERSION

Hello to all - this concerns the Google Play (Android) version of the game only. New version of 1.5.445 has been released, and should be available roughly to 30 percent of the players.

If you have one available, make sure to download it.
If you have not one available yet, please be patient.

UPDATE - NEW iOS VERSION OF THE GAME OUT

One more update from me - new version of the game for our Apple players has just been released - 1.5.444

This version includes many fixes of technical character, but it mostly seeks to tackle the loading and crashing issue from the last week (this goes for the players with older Apple devices).

Please make sure that you DOWNLOADED this version, before making any further reporting - you can always check your version in the Settings menu of the game.

If you currently do not see an app update available, please give it some time - it will come 🙂

I update earlier today with the bug fix and it still won't load past 30% on my iPad. I'll have to find another way to play the candy event.

@pixel_player98910970 hey there, the 30 percent loading situation is not related to the issue I mentioned earlier - many times, the player does not select the correct login option, and the game is stuck loading like this. Send a ticket to our Support please, and we can have a look into that 🙂 Cheers

Just got the 1.5.445 update on android
It has NOT solved the long load times when entering/changing areas
It has NOT solved the hard to read red number on tiles
It has NOT fixed the annoying flashing on some animated tiles.
It has NOT fixed the issue with the device going to sleep while playing.
It has NOT fixed the screen jumping for no reason.

So basically, they fixed nothing.

I have spent a LOT of money (real cash) on this game over the last few years. I will NOT spend another penny until these issues get fixed. And yes, I have submitted these issues to support.

With the 7th of July update ADs/Double reward finally started working on Android app and now after the Candyland update they are not working again! Restarting the game doesn't help (Clicking the double reward button does nothing, no AD is loaded, no double reward) 💢
