Thanks for all the hard work Romi and PF. I know getting old apple device owners back to the game asap is top priority. But for android mobile players we've all experienced massive lag since the update. Personally it takes about 60-90 seconds to load a new map if I enter a new room. Others have said 5 to 10 mins. And there are issues with screen resolution apparently for many. Personally I'm zoomed right in when the game loads but no other screen issues for me. Ivan was tagged in a few posts in our FB group. But of course get the apple guys fixed up first!

im not sure if this is even where I’m supposed to post this but I’ve been unable to play since yesterday’s update. It starts with a black screen for about 6 seconds and then the PF logo Pops up for a couple of seconds then I get the Diggy page with the load bar. It starts loading but never gets about 30%. I’ve tried many times to start my game and am getting frustrated because I’m not very computer literate.

I play on an Android tablet and since the update mine only loads to 62% then the screen goes black. I tried reinstalling the app but it still won't load. Any idea when this issue will fixed?

ROMI also slow on IOS after update. Also, I finished the last of the Halloween 2019 event and I chose to get double reward but no ad played and I only received 1x the amount.

Another squeaky wheel. Android 5.1.1 with latest system update on 11/10 will load to 60% or so and stop. Reinstall makes no difference. I need my Diggy fix!

My app on iPad opens but only loads till 77%. Able to make energy, restate making energy, check on material but unable to get other tabs to open. Instead it becomes a black screen with a hourglass in the middle and than I am completely kicked out. Started about 2-3 days ago after last update.

As of two days ago, this game stopped working on my iPad 3rd Gen with iOS 9.3.5. When I launch the game, all I get now is "Please update Diggy's Adventure!". When I tap the checkmark, it takes me to the App Store, but I only have the 'Open' option, not 'Update'. I checked the requirements on the App Store, and it says requires iOS 10.0. Not sure when that changed, as I've been playing it on this same iPad for quite a while with no problems. Is the iOS 10.0 a new requirement? It updated just fine on my 7th Gen iPad with iOS 14.2, as expected. Is there any official "Sorry, you're out of luck on your 3rd Gen iPad" from Pixel? Thanks!

I'm on Android 7 and since the recent update (with the bigger PF logo) the game reboots every time I try to claim a 2x reward. Could be something wrong with the ads.

I have iOS 14.2 and after this latest update the game will only to 30% and then it gets stuck there.

I have IPAD with iOS 10.3.3 and I can't even download the app update nor play with the app because it asks me to update it! Vicious circle here!

I can’t get past the loading screen. It gets to about 17%, then asks for my info, then is just stuck and nothing else happens 😒 I don’t even get the percentage bar back.

New phone huawei p40 pro Stuck at load loading game only 78% and then it's end. Reinstall don't work

Old phone p30 lite only few lags when changing area.

What can I do?

Habe seit gestern das gleche Problem auf meinem PC. Das Laden dauert ewig, springt dann aber doch rein (ca 10 min).
