I can see that there is a lever that controls two bridges and I need both to get to the last few tiles but I can only get it to have one bridge or the other, but not both. How do I get through this?

Roeland I didn't watch it long enough and can see you can get around to it anyway with the other lever.

I did try using the other lever in all possible combinations. Nothing worked. The only thing I can see in the video is that the top left lever should control both bridges and it doesn't no matter what I do with the other lever.
