Did you finish creating the 4 laser beam barrier by activating the blue lights? After I did so, she was ready to speak/ finish the quest & moved out of the way so the last tile could be cleared.
Try checking the quest rab, as that might help prompt her to speak / move. Or try clearing the game cache / cookies. Reinstall the app if on Mobile (make sure game is registered with either Facebook or email so you can log back into your game.)
If all was done & still no joy, contact SUPPORT via the button under the game settings. Once on the linked page, scroll past the white search🔎 box & choose a category to begin a help ticket. If no category options are listed, email them instead:
