It's still available in my mobile game app.
Have you tried the usual things such as clearing your cache/history/cookies, logging out/in of your game/browser, disconnecting/reconnecting your internet source, switching device off/on, etc?
If you play via a mobile game app you can uninstall/reinstall the mobile game app....BUT only do this if you have your game progress & player ID registered with either your Facebook or email account.
Do NOT uninstall your mobile game app if you do not have your game progress & player ID registered with your Facebook or email account otherwise you will lose all your game progress.
If none of these suggestions assist you....then you may need to lodge a ticket with Pixel support.
Remember to check your spam folder if you lodge a support ticket with Pixel.
