How to add friends

Mostly I play on my cell but I do check\play the game on my p.c daily.
You can add me. for those who don't know how to aadd friends, do the search button in the game and find me by my player id from here and send friend request

Meair Friends are added via Facebook, so you must share your FB id for others to add you, or you can add the others who post their Facebook link.

Meair I try and try to add friends, have linked my game with FB and still nothing. I have sent FR through the game portal and still nothing. I don't understand. Every hint and suggestion doesn't work. any ideas?

Too bad I don't know how to send u privet message because I don't want to take this post to a diffrent purpose than what it is for, but still the Q is appropiate to this post and maybe others will benefit as well.
Can u laborate pls what you wrote regarding adding friends?
Because maybe I understood incorrectly. I thought that from the game itself in the gray area you press on the icon. and than in the search bar you paste the player id from here
I guess I need privet tutoring from you, since I new to the computer game, how to add friends, windmill etc...
or how to aproach players from this forum to their box

It is great to vist Mr. Bill camp. I don't know if players noticed he can be a friend too.

Meair I took this out since that thread was mainly dedicated to those who know about it, can share their ids for others to add.
For a discussion, a seperate thread is better.

I personally don't know much because I am not on facebook and haven't used the friends system, so others correct me if wrong.

Diggy's Adventure has in-game friends but how they end up there? It's through facebook. Only people who have facebook connected to their game or play on facebook can have friends. You just have to send befriend anybody on facebook and if he plays Diggy's Adventure too, then he will appear in your in-game friends list.

The add friends system here, on portal, has no real purpose. Just to show that we are friends, these friends do not appear in the game.

It's always been my understanding that Pixel's other games do indeed use the portal to add friends to those games, where Diggy is the only one that uses Facebook friends. Or am I wrong? I don't play any of the others so I really don't know...

Wow amazing how u have touched exackly on the spot. I was about to ask u what did I do wrong since I added a friend here but did not see him in the game. U have answerd already.
so they need to have a F.B account and looked them there. ok than I'll give that a shot

If you don't then you never get any friends.

I understand it better now, so portal friends means only here and not in the game- ok.
I do have fb account, so now a diffrent issue regarding this
My best friend is playing, his game connected to fb too. He is on my friends list on fb, not a group or the forum you have guided me to, he is on my list on fb, not a special list.
I have enterd my game, press the friends icon, than invite friends, I can see some of my fb friends, which i don't know they play this game or not. Unfortenetly, I do not see his name there, but he does exist on my friend list on fb
any suggestions what to do?

ok. let me explain to put things in order so u can better gide me.

we are on the friend list of each other in FB, not a special list for the game
1. We did change the FB privecy setting
2. We tried the synch icon
  ___
  We are able to see other FB friends in that list but not each other.
  I read an old article here, a lady who had the same issue, unfortenetly, the reference link which solved her issue is no longer valid

If you've both uninstalled Diggy from Facebook & reinstalled it using the steps advised in the links above, changed the friend settings, & tried syncing the friend list, the only other option is to contact SUPPORT.
Since this is the Player Forum, no one here can see your game. Click the SUPPORT button under the game settings wheel, upper RT corner of your game window. Once on the link, scroll PAST the white search 🔎 box & choose a category to begin a ticket.

do those articles mention loading the game through the facebook page instead of through the portal? that was a thing I had to do to have roeland show up.

Since I mentioned uninstalling / reinstalling the app on Facebook, I assumed (perhaps incorretly?) that they opened the game they there to check the friend list.

But you make a good point & I will add a note to my instructions about opening the game thru Facebook. I never had an issue, so didn't think of it.

To my personal understanding, FB is a a company that do not get along with other companies, since they want to maintain their monopoly. so i think, they give pixel hard time in their support
and th support of pixel and their's are not sync.
Again, my own personal assumption.

If that's the case though, they should transfer some of those people who worked on it to diggy team asap!

I've long-thought that Pixel should tell Facebook to bug off & be done with the FB friends. Been playing for over 3 years now & the Friends list is STILL a cluster-F.

Unfortunately, too many players would be affected by departing from Facebook & it won't happen.
