I am in the silver disco level and trying to put the pipe together but seem to be one piece short. I cannot find it. I thought maybe it was one of the two pieces in the hall but they don't move. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You have got this pipe highlighted in pink in the below picture in the wrong place.
Happy-Haze That's right. Move that to the vacant part in the bottom.
