Known bugs & issues - WEEK #44

Dear players,

here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:

1.) BLUE CONSOLE VISIBLE IN THE GOOGLE PLAY MOBILE APP

New version of the app on the Google Play has been released and a few players may have a small blue console visible in their games:

Although it shouldn't cause any troubles from the technical point of view, the blue console shouldn't be visible. Our tech team is already working on fixing this.

We will inform you with any new updates regarding this topic.
It is not necessary to contact our support regarding this issue anymore.

2.) THE ISSUES WITH MISSING CHARACTER IN THE GAME

Some players may still be unable to complete the quest "Action Shots" in the location Tutankhamun's Treasury, because the character - Mr. Focus - is missing in the location.
Although this issue is really rare, if you encountered such problem in your game, please, contact our support!

3.) GAME PERFORMANCE ISSUES ON GOOGLE CHROME VERSION 86.0.4240.75

A lot of players have reported having loading and other performance issues in the game (lagging, slow speed, etc.) while playing the game on a PC via Google Chrome. I can confirm that we do register this issue and it is caused by the newest version of Google Chrome - version 86.00.
Because this issue is not caused from our side, unfortunately, we are not able to specify the time frame when the issues are fixed, but our tech team is looking into it to see, whether there's anything we can do to resolve this.
In the meantime, please, consider playing on a different browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox).
We will inform you with any new updates regarding this topic.
It is not necessary to contact our support regarding this issue anymore.

has #3 the game performance issues been fixed yet? I hate having to deal with the troubles I have using firefox!

pixel_player88770263 Like they said, the issues are not caused because of anything from pixel's end so there's hardly anything they can do. They are still trying and will let us know when it does get fixed.

Try edge if firefox is giving you troubles. Alternatively you can also use the apps to play on your mobile.

I keep seeing this error when I try to visit the Sunnyvale Cemetery. It’s ONLY this location though. I can visit all the others without a problem. Anybody else experiencing this??

I am having the same prblm once I entered the cemetery in the Holloween Fluffy-[Buffy] game...& as you, I can not reload the game! So I'm stuck on the black screen, that says error: {with the usual gold error button} that doesn't work...bcuz it's frozen! "Support Plzz help us, & fix this-[our prblm] ASAP?!" ThankU!

Happy-Haze I did check the forum post and was fully ready to submit my own ticket. But I just now tried my game again and it’s working!! Will definitely use that avenue in the future, but I needed to make sure it wasn’t just my device.

I am having the same problem I have on all of the 1st 2nd and now 3rd wont let me restart at all. I have 2different Diggy games on 2 devices. Both are having the same problem. I got the error on 1st and 2nd when I completed the level and don't get my rewards of completion.

Issues? I think I may have one ...or 2....or 3...maybe 4? 3 weeks back it seemed that out of over 100 friends i started receiving only 4-7 gifts, normally much more than that. Yesterday the same old problem with the "send Message" box not working reappeared. Today, the small tent in the camp stopped working and the option to watch a short video and get some extra energy STOPPED WORKING!!!! What the crap are you guys doing to keep screwing the game up like this? You need to get your head out of the awkward position it seems to be stuck in or maybe get a few programmers who actually know what they're doing. I play every day on a iMac, i have 6 characters running on facebook, Google and regular sign-in options. ALL have the same problems...ALL have been synchronized over and over and over and over to no avail. May as well delete this sync. option as it does nothing.

1.) Problems with friends - yes, this is a long-term problem. Unfortunately, our friend system currently fully depends on Facebook, which means that the synchronization must be completed also from the side of Facebook. Yes, you can use the "friend synchronization" button to force the synchronization, but it does not guarantee that Facebook will complete the synchronization process. Unfortunately, adding this button was all we could do in this situation at the moment.
Also, Facebook has been making various changes recently, which caused various issues related to friend features not only in Diggy's Adventure, but also in many other games, which are developed by other developers. Unfortunately, there's not much we can do to prevent this from happening until our friend system depends on Facebook. Thank you for the understanding.

2.) Lucky Cards and Out of Energy window issue - This was already fixed, almost immediately after we found out there was an issue. We apologize if this caused you any issues.

Last but not least, I would like to kindly ask you to refrain from using rude words and disparaging statements about our staff and programmers. I can assure you that we are doing our best to release the best content possible and fix all issues, which may occur.
