I cleared the entire level but when I click on the column to get the tile piece nothing happens. I clicked on the key symbol but nothing appears. I don't know what to do. As far as I can tell I'm not missing anything.

pixel_player98457979 Did you take the plate piece that is outside before you came in? If you did you will need to Contact SUPPORT https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/diggysadventure/support Look half way down for support option. On your game screen, choose the Settings cog (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner) If you're on an iOS device, try the SUPPORT link, but if you don't see any categories below the search box, then you'll need to email them. support@diggysadventure.com
I thought I did but apparently not. Thank you. Grabbed it and now it's all good.
