Because the Superhero Movie Set shows that is completely cleared without returning with the 4 video tapes it can be very easily missed.
It's very easy to forget about returning there...I even forgot myself to return there for a few days after finishing the story.
It's definitely worth returning there because you get 5 gems, experience & some materials from the fish tank.
