here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately:
1.) KNIGHT COSTUME FROM THE EVENT PASS (LORD OF THE CROWN) CANNOT BE FOUND IN THE STORAGE ON THE MOBILE APP
Unfortunately, an extremely rare issue may occur in the mobile app - the Knight costume (from the event pass related to the event Lord of the Crown) may not be visible in the storage. The costume was properly added to the game, but a rare issue may occur, which causes that the costume is not visible on the mobile app.

2.) GAME PERFORMANCE ISSUES ON GOOGLE CHROME VERSION 86.0.4240.75
A lot of players have reported having loading and other performance issues in the game (lagging, slow speed, etc.) while playing the game on a PC via Google Chrome. I can confirm that we do register this issue and it is caused by the newest version of Google Chrome - version 86.00.
Because this issue is not caused from our side, unfortunately, we are not able to specify the time frame when the issues are fixed, but our tech team is looking into it to see, whether there's anything we can do to resolve this.
In the meantime, please, consider playing on a different browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox).
We will inform you with any new updates regarding this topic.
It is not necessary to contact our support regarding this issue anymore.
3.) BLACK RECTANGLE ON THE LOADING SCREEN ON THE PORTAL
In the past, the ads used to appear on the loading screen, while the game was loading on the portal. Due to technical reasons, we had to remove these ads temporarily and now, the ads returned.
In some players' games, the ads are not loaded and thus, only black rectangle appears:
In order to prevent from any issues related to these ads, please, always make sure to disable the AdBlock (or any similar software / extension)!
After 20 seconds, an X will appear in the top left corner, so you will be able to close the ad anyways 🙂
Should the X not appear, please, create a screenshot of the issue and report it to our support!
4.) THE ISSUES WITH MISSING CHARACTERS IN THE GAME
During the last week, there were a lot of players, who were not able to complete quests in the locations Feline Treasury, Blacksmith Village, All Star Hotel, Chambers of Fortune, Tutankhamun's Treasury, Christmas Jewelry Store and Ah-Puch's Office, because the characters were either missing or it wasn't possible to talk to them.
All these issues should be fixed at the moment.
Should you encounter such issue in any of these locations in your game anyways, please, report it to our support!
5.) ISSUES WITH RANDALF IN THE WHITE CASTLE
There were two issues related to the character Randalf in the location The White Castle (event Lord of the Crown):
1st issue - two Randalfs, one of them with a yellow arrow:
Although this issue is rather a rare one, it may occur. If you encounter such issue in your game, please, contact our support and provide us with your player ID, so we can fix the issue in your game as soon as possible 🙂
2nd issue - two Randalfs, one of them with an exclamation mark over his head:
This issue is more common, but it normally shouldn't occur in the game. Anyways, if you encounter such issue in your game, please, contact our support and provide us with your player ID, so we can fix the issue in your game as soon as possible 🙂
The following situations are not bugs, but players often perceive them as issues, so let me provide you with more information on these:
1.) TOWN OF LITTLETON: HELP FRIDO WITH PACKING -> FRIDO WON'T MOVE
In the location Town of Littleton, players often forget to collect the map for Frido, and unless Frido has the map, he won't move!
If Frido doesn't move in your game and says this:
Make sure to check the area above the fireplace - the map might not have been collected from this place:
Get the map and other things and Frido will let you proceed 🙂
There is no issue in this location.
2.) KINGDOM OF NORIA - TILE BLOCKING THE BOULDER
In the location Kingdom of Noria, you may have issues getting back to the beginning of the location, if you forgot to remove this tile on your way forward:
No worries! We've made some changes and this tile behind the boulder is no longer a problem!
Just move the boulder like this and you will be able to proceed 🙂
