ROMI I too am at 45/52 locations on that last achievement level. I checked on my side : there was 165 story mines + the city of gods referenced on the wiki before the update. With the 3 new locations, it means 168 locations.
This can be checked on a simple screenshot: 
-> 169 locations (including city of gods, so 168 story mines so far). And they're consistent with the wiki.
The "Hero of New World" achievement requires we clear 8 + 10 + 12 + 16 + 20 + 24 + 30 + 52 locations. The sum is... 172. Meaning either there are 4 remaining New World locations or there is an error on that achievement.
