jojobaker It's possible but you will have to contact support to get it downgraded. The game doesn't do it automatically once it offers one, but it checks your past before offering you the one it offers. This time maybe it thought you'd be interested in a higher one. But if not, contact support and they will downgrade it.

Abhi Thank you for this helpful, stickied page. I never knew there were different types of tiers before this post of yours.

As of today, it is not updated, so I want to mention that if you want to keep it updated.

I do have a suggestion about that. It seems to me that it requires your effort to update the page every week. To me, you have better things to do!

Presuming it is not easy to automate it, it seems to me that a static page would be 90% as helpful. Choosing the correct tier does not, for me, depend on the specific week's offers, after all the offers are almost identical every week. (Or am I wrong?!?) Or to put it another way, the relative costs and quality of the equipment on offer stays the same week to week.

tier 1 is never a good use.
tier 5 is for people with more money than I can imagine to spend on a video game
tiers 2-4 offer a balance between gems and quality of equipment.

So I am thinking an illustration, one for each region, of the typical values would be sufficient.

pixel_player87605703 There is no tiered offer active currently. The page shows the last active tiered offer in June, so the page is kind of up to date.

I have made it pretty simple to update so don't worry about that, I can put new items in it in less than an hour and have no problem in doing so to supply the latest information.

I think you are referring to the Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs.....not the Tiered Offers.

The Tiered Offers only come around a few times a year & you purchase the Tiered Offers with gems.

The Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs are the ones that are constantly changing & you purchase the Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs with real money.

If you purchase the Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs via the Portal they will be cheaper....than if you purchase via mobile app.

If you purchase the Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs via the Portal you will receive additional free gems.....than if you purchase via mobile app.

Check out the relevant Wiki links in relation to the different levels of Regional/God Special Packs that are available to purchase with real money.

Unfortunately the relevant Wiki page for the Event/Stories/Seasonal Special Packs hasn't been updated for a long time now.

However if you purchase an Older Story....I'm fairly sure that the Event/Stories/Seasonal Special Packs are still the same.

If you play via PC through either the Portal or Facebook....you can download the DAF2 extension for your browser....which shows all of the different Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs available.

If you want to change the Regional/God & Event/Story/Seasonal Special Packs you have been offered.....you will need to contact Pixel support directly & request they change it for you.

I sent in my request this morning and still waiting to get my tiered offer changed.

I second the motion to put the control in players' hands to choose the offer they want to buy. Why set it up so we have to be helped with this otherwise straightforward situation?

GemCat They are usually quick about changing the offers, it's just not their working hours now, you should see it changed in a few hours.

I agree players should get to choose these themselves, had asked them, but that ability is not coming in the near future. Hopefully someday.
