Lord of the Crown not loading

I continually have received an error message when
attempting to load the latest Crown of Power(?) challenge.

Do you play on website or mobile app?

Have you tried clearing your cache, history, cookies, etc?

Have you tried closing & re-opening the game &/or browser?

If using mobile app....is it the newest updated version?

If using mobile app you can safely uninstall & re-install the game app.....HOWEVER ONLY do this if you have your game progress & player ID registered with either your Facebook or email address.

If you do not have your game progress registered with either your Facebook or email address.....do NOT uninstall your mobile game app as all your game progress will be lost.

If none of the above suggestions work....then you will probably need to raise a ticket with Pixel support.

I dont have a bucket to cook in 2nd house in littles town.been to forum and support and hearing nothing i cant progressb fro beginning and been 4 days now.what do i do?
