Look on the Wiki Quests page for the last story location of a Scandinavian god that you worked on. Find the quest giver/location in Column 3. Then in the next row, find the quest giver/location of your next quest. Those are the two quest givers you need to try to talk to.

For Valhalla:
ON MOBILE: Swipe back to the Thor line. Look for the location with the metal circle around it.
ON WebGL: On the Scandinavia map page, you must choose the button labeled "Main." Valhalla cannot be reached from the map of the Father, or from a map of any god.
