I did contact support and this is what they said
Thank you for the report. We checked our internal systems and it seems that there is an issue here. The issue has been passed to our design team and they are working on a fix right now.
We'll let you know as soon as they come up with a solution.

I thought they were supposed to do something for each player.
Oh well, no rush.

I also contacted Pixel support as I have got the tiles stuck behind Robin too.

I got pretty much the same response as you did Gamemaster 👍😊

It blows my mind how many people keep making new posts about the same issue without checking the forum 1st to see if anyone else has already posted information in relation to the issue 🤣😂

gamemaster Fixing stuff in mines that have already been openend by a player is difficult. But seeing how widespread the problem is, I am sure they are having a go at it to avoid have to fix them 1 by 1

Well they managed to fix it.
Both ours have been adjusted so we can get those tiles.

Supposedly this was fixed.

PC - Close game / close browser; try again.
Mobile - Check for an update. Close game/ restart; try again.

No luck? Contact Pixel Support and explain that you still cannot get to the 3 tiles even after the fix was released. See the information near the top of this topic on how to contact Pixel Support.

Had the same problem. Contacted support and they helped me by removing the plants next to Robin. After reloading the game I was able to get past Robin to collect the last tiles. Thanks to Pixelfederations Support Team for the solution in my case within some hours. It was worth the wait. Thumbs up!!
