thank you Roeland. Okay, I have checked this player further - yes, he has contacted our Support., and he has now received a reply from me.
Ever since Inti's Challenge was released, it received two minor bug fixes as well - we discovered that players can get stuck in some way, and added impassable objects to remedy it. This was done in the matter of minutes after the Inti's Challenge was released.
Unfortunately, not every player could be targeted by the fix, because as you can see, there is a myriad of scenarious which can occur in this location. This particular players is a part of this exception, and there will be more players like this.
There is currently no other way how to fix this group of player globally, and we are currently gathering data on how many players are we talking about, as well as scenarios which could have occurred.
For now, submitting a ticket is advised, and welcome. We can then look into every individual case. Please feel free to share my statement on the Forum as well 🙂 Thank you
