No one here has access to your game & only SUPPORT can help with this issue. It takes anywhere from 24-72 hours for them to respond to the email address you provided (check your spam folder too.)
Limited SUPPORT over weekends.
I suggest tryung a new ticket if it's been awhile.
Meanwhile, have you tried clearing the cache /cookies?
Reinstall if playing via the mobile app? Only do this if you've registered the game to the Portal (via the settings wheel, upper corner of game.)
