Two issues with Dinosaur Park that Pixel is working on

Pixel is working on two types of problems with the Dinosaur Park event.

(1) SUDDEN RESTART DURING FIRST LOCATION. EVENT IS LOST.
When starting the first location in the event, some players have experienced a sudden restart. When the game restarts, the event may be missing but cannot be claimed again. Pixel has released a fix to avoid new occurrences. Players who experienced this problem should now be able to claim the Dinosaur Park event again using the package symbols on the right side of the game screen. Anyone that still has issues or feels that they lost energy should contact Support.

(2) DINOSAUR PARK LOCATION - THE COWBOY WON'T MOVE
Currently, any player experiencing this problem should report it to Support to get a fix.

You must have completed the first quest of Isis (Egypt).

Did you go to your camp screen and look over on the right side for the packages symbol(s)? On Mobile, the symbol looks like a gift. You have to Claim this event.

In order to see the gift parcel in your camp at all (regardless of glitches) TWO requirements must be met:

As @red_herring said, the first quest in Isis must be complete.
Players need to be @ Level 35+ to play the older Free Events.

If you currently don't meet one or both requirements right now, you have until before the next Tuesday update to claim the free Event.

I don't know where you are in the process, so here goes:

You must be at Level 35+ and have completed the first quest of Isis.
You must Claim the story BY TODAY. (Only available until very early tomorrow morning.)
To claim the story, go back to your Camp screen. Look on the right side for the floating package offers. On Mobile, the one you need looks like a gift. On PC, try the Sale button, then choose the Free Story tab. Then choose Claim (or Claim Story).
Go to your Camp screen and talk to the character in expedition clothes. I can't remember his name.

Why does it seem like this event is not synced with level? 10 and 15 point tiles. Boxes that give me supplies I don't need. Fish in the bathrooms instead of eels.

Because it ISN'T synched with level.

This event was created before Pixel started creating 6 region-specific (segmented) versions of events starting in summer 2017. The main quest line of Dinosaur Park was suitable for Egypt players and Challenge mines were designed for players in Scandinavia and China.
