After the Temple of Confucius (22nd Father quest), there is a decoding quest ("Almost There") that requires 10 journal pages. Check your quest panel to see how many you are missing. This is the last decoding task for China, and the missing journals could be in anywhere in the locations listed below.
CHINA JOURNAL PAGES
If you have cleared all mines so far, the Library of Wisdom is the only mine that would have any journals left:
- Library of Wisdom - Put the stones next to the pairs of bookcases indicated in the image above. First pair: I and VI; second pair: IV and VIII.
If you are not clearing mines, go back to these three mines first:

Fiery Path of Conquering - Check for the hidden room shown in the image below.
Old Harbour - The building does not have D.A.D boxes in front of it, and the journal page is not near a box labeled "D.A.D." The journal is in the building with two ponds and a hedge around it. Right stairway.
If no luck, you'll have to start checking other mines in the list until you find the one you are missing.
