I don't recall exactly where Jane was standing when she asked me to fill the buckets. I do remember that I had to move the blasted tires again in order to get back to the beginning.😳
Try clearing the game cache/cookies. Refresh the game tab or reinstall the app. If still no joy, then create a SUPPORT TICKET via the button under the settings cogwheel (upper corner of game window.) Once on the linked page, scroll *past the white search 🔍 box & choose a category to begin the form. If there are no category options, you'll need to email SUPPORT instead:

Be sure to include your Player ID#.
