Forbidden city outskirts

Help! I'm in forbidden city outskirts and can't figure out what to do. I'm supposed to find the person and I see that he's in jail but where's the key?

That really doesn't help. I'm having the same issue. In the video, they get the key from the prison guard. Supposedly you have to talk to the blacksmith, then return to the prison before the guard will give you the key. That's not working for me. I'm plying on Android, so not sure if that makes a difference or if I'm encountering a bug.

I still cannot get the Key, even after clearing all tiles, speaking to the goggle guy then going to speak to the prison guard, he just keeps saying "Welcome to the Prison"

I feel that this must be a bug in the game, if clearing all tiles first before speaking to him as a few others have had the same issue i think.

Support ticket sent, but wont be able to play the game for another 4 days as closed for the weekend... AHHH. lol.
(No other available mines are open to me)

Have you already done the last mine in Metal, Zodiac Race Track?
If you haven't then look in Temple of the 5 Dragons
On PC/Web, Temple of the 5 Dragons is on the main map.
On Mobile. Temple of the 5 Dragons is on the Dragon of Wood quest line.

If you have then you could check the town, Digjong for side quests, unless you have done them as well.

Thanks for your reply, sorry for the lateness of mine today.

Yes the racetrack was completed and all missions in the main quest line are completed, as are all the side quests in China.

The only one i have left is the Father quest line and have completed 42/50 maps on Level 8 of the Maps required to complete the Treasure for this.

If you could elevate this to support for me that would be great... I need my Diggy fix... i feel that i am wasting valuable time, not collecting energy, although i just got some via levelling up with caravan tickets. lol

I just tried again, and went from start to finish and i eventually got the key, im not sure if this was via the support or not, but thanks for your help, means i can okay again now yay!
