Baseball Stadium - can't access diner

I'm stuck at the stadium. I can't figure out how to get the guy away from the diner, even though the clown sent me there.

Mam problem w lokacji stadion bejsbolowy. Zbiłam 398 kostek (czyli komplet), porozmawiałam z klaunem a do baru wejść nie mogę. Facet pije kawkę i mnie nie puszcza ! I have a problem in a baseball stadium. I made 398 cubes (a set), I talked to the clown and I can't enter the bar. The guy drinks a coffee and doesn't let me go!

I watched the walk through to make sure I wasn't missing something, but the guy in from of the diner doesn't disappear like he's supposed to after talking to the clown
