As everyone, I also have the same problem. Someone above mentioned a crash and I too experienced an Error and was forced to restart just as I clicked on the clown. I hope this fix this soon.

i cant get to the cafe the guy wont let me in
I talked to the clown, but the guy in front of the cafe will not move.
i experienced a crash as well and now man infront of café won't move, day 2 for me

Obviously a problem for all of us. It is weird, since this is an older event that we have already played and it didn't have a bug then.

Chani it is insane that there is a glitch in a previously released event! Not to mention that we have to each make a bug report, instead of them just fixing the bug! Thanks for the info.
