On the attached screen shot the circled character will not move even though I've been to the clown. Yes, I have restarted the game....3 times. Any one help?

Over on the Facebook group, "Diggy's Revolution," a group admin says that this has been reported to Pixel.
I have the same problem, I'm stuck at this point.
