On the top, left hand side is a little surfer dude behind a closed door. I have cleared the entire level, but this door has remained closed. I cannot figure out how to get it to open. Help, please?

gamemaster thank you, but that didn't help. All I could open was the page that listed all the prizes, etc. When, I tried to open discussions, that link has been disabled.

I did Christmas 2014 a few months ago. I don't remember it very well, but I don't think that gate ever opens.
In this video, when the quest ends with talking to Rudolph, Stan is still stuck in the room behind the gate.
