I just watched the walkthroughs & from what I understand & see....you must step very careful....to stay on the correct parh....1 step at a time to keep the switches illuminated.
You must also do the switches in the correct order.

You can try other basic troubleshooting techniques such as:
Make sure you are using the most up-to-date versions of the game app, Facebook, Google Play, browser, phone / device / PC operating systems, etc. (depending on what you are playing).
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game app, Facebook, Google Play, browser, etc. (but only do this if you have saved the game progress and player ID with your email address or Facebook account).
Try clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc.
Have you tried leaving the game scene/mine..... going to a completely different game scene/mine & then coming back?
You can also try other things like:
- Log out and log in to the game app / browser / Facebook / portal / Google Play.
- Switch the phone / device / PC off and on again.
- Switch the internet connection / source off and on again.
- Try to use another internet source (WiFi or mobile data).
- Try to use a different browser.
- Try to use another phone / device / PC.
Another option is to try playing through the portal / Facebook / Google Play website instead of the mobile game app or vice versa.
