I’ve cleared everything but still don’t have the key to get to the secret chamber help

On your game screen, choose the Settings cog (Mobile, upper left corner; PC, upper right corner) If you're on an iOS device, try the SUPPORT link, but if you don't see any categories below the search box, then you'll need to email them. support@diggysadventure.com

Did you ever get a response to this? I have the same situation and I’ve been waiting a week for a response. How long does it normally take to get a response from Support? I can’t do anything further and I’m just stuck! Thanks!
