In area 2 Future Mountain Valley I went through the last house behind the library and ostensibly finished the quest, all tiles cleared too, but I was 8/9 on following Duncle, I followed him to the first screen, the town square, he was on the middle right in the road, talked to him and it did nothing. When I walked away from him he moved to the top right corner between a lamp & a garbage can and I got 9/9 completion on following him, but I still have to talk to Doc, and Duncle is blocking the road, there is no way past him, and I’ve talked to Doc in camp, I clicked on everything in that town square screen, and I even went back to map 1 to see if he was in any of those zones.
At this point I have to assume it’s a bug, or the best/worst puzzle I’ve ever seen in any game ever.
