In case you would like to continue playing with your original game progress on another device, it´s necessary to register the game via Facebook or Portal.
After you´ve registered, we can synchronize your original game progress with your new account and you´ll be able to log into the game on another device using your own account 🙂
Note: Please send us player IDs only (Pixel IDs and generated usernames like pixel_player###### are not requested and prolong the handling time for you and other players considerably).
There are two ways how to synchronize your original game progress.
In case you have a Facebook account, please log into your account on www.facebook.com, type diggy´s adventure into the search bar, press search, start the game
and send us your new player ID
in case you´d like to login via your Email and password, please visit our Portal on https://portal.pixelfederation.com, in the upper right corner, click on Register and create a new account using your Email address
start the game and send us your new player ID.
Note: Please do not to click on the option "Register with Google" as this login method is not supported on mobile devices.
After completing these steps, please contact us submitting an official ticket on
https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/diggysadventure/support or click on the Support button above the game screen
Please add your former player ID and the new player ID, and we´ll be able to connect your current game progress to your new game account. After starting the game on another device, you´ll be able to log in via Facebook or Portal and continue playing with your original game progress 🙂
