On necropolis, got shield. Can't find Hades to move on

gamemaster I did. Not there. When I click on current task in necropolis it only says find Hades. He 8s NOT in olympus

Do I need to complete side tasks? I have only done main quests

Catnessy All plates on the the pedestals? Screenshot of the last part, where the entrance is for the shield and where he should be up the top?
