Go back and check the spots where the 8 people are found and make sure that none of the 8 people are left.
There also a quest activity to track the vampire. in the mist to the right of the village. Make sure that part is complete as well.

If all of their spots are empty and the track the vampire activity is done, contact Pixel Support.
On your game screen, choose the Settings wheel in the upper corner. Write down your Player ID and then choose the Support button. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page until you see a list of categories. (Do not use the white text box in the top half!) Choose a category and then provide your Player ID, and problem details.
