No Friend Names, Only Player #

I have a "player 38325983" on my friends list I don't want. I can't locate anywhere on Facebook. How do I get this player off?

pixel_player93963482 There is currently a problem and more and more players are no longer connected to the correct names. Nothing to worry about and hopefully fixed soon.

Same problem, have many more than one player. Cannot locate to delete them. Level 433, I estimate I have over 400 people that are no longer playing that I can't find to get rid of them. The posts here are the end of February is there a way to correct this problem yet?

Pixel is still working on a fix. Very complicated issue as a result of some Facebook update.

I still see & recognize the player avatars & don't care about whether the name shows.

Ok it is now July and still no name fix, I have a few rude players who dont play nice with words I want to delete, hard to delete them. Or do you have a solution. Going through facebook friends list and hunting for the avatar when you have a lot of them. This has been going on for over 6mths. 🙂

I understood that this problem had been rectified however I am still frustrated to only have "players" on my friends list!

Uh, no. There's been no fix for this. Though I'm assuming the DAF (DA Friends) browser extension allows one to see friend names.

I've not used it as DAF can only be used on a computer browser. I know others ARE able to see names cuz people asked me personally if I was still playing since I had fallen off their friend list.

I just came on to find out why all my friends are just players was looking for one to help with windmills and sure as heck made it harder to help 🙁

Marguerite So you mean you are facing the same issue as the one who created this post? Player names are displayed as numbers instead of names?

Sometimes doing an uninstall & re-install of the game app &/or Facebook can help.

But make sure....before you do any uninstalling....that your player ID number & game progress is registered with either your email address or Facebook account.

Another thought I had.....I wonder if this could be your issues 🤔

I do not personally have Facebook....I can remember reading somewhere on this forum....but I currently cannot locate it unfortunately.

That for those players who play through the Portal & have their game registered with their Facebook account.....then those players need to log in to Facebook & play through there at least once every 90 days otherwise something happens to their Friends listings.

I just went to facebook and went to games and found diggy and low and behold there were all my friends with there names! Yep its a portal issue. 😃

lol ok it is showing names in facebook but not in the portal still oh well 🙁 yeah I synched over and over again.
