It's not the first time I experienced such kind of issues, but in the previous cases I did not have the chance to take some evidences. But now, I have some.
In Valentine 2020, playing at Challenge #2, I earned enough Event Points to get 60000 Experience Points. But, when I clicked on the icon to get the points, I just got 6000 Experience Points. For evidences, check the 2 attached screenshots. The same thing happened when I clicked on the 30000 Coins icon, I only got 3000 Coins. I am nearly sure that it also happened for the 30000 Experience Points and 15000 Coins. I even wonder if that did not happen at other levels, but I am not sure.
It's already difficult to play at Valentine (too many tiles are really too "expensive") to add such kind of mistakes!
Could you please check on your side what's going on?
